On June 14th, starting at 10 a.m., a specialized event on exoskeletons will take place at Aretxabaleta Lanbide Eskola, located at Z/G/22Pk, Etxebarri auz, 20550 Aretxabaleta, Gipuzkoa. This event, organized in collaboration with Basque Health Cluster, will focus on exploring how exoskeletons are transforming occupational safety and the sociosanitary field.
During this event, we will highlight the importance of exoskeletons in preventing work-related injuries and how they can provide additional support to professionals in the sociosanitary sector. Our exoskeleton, HELK, specially designed to provide ergonomic lumbar support, will be one of the highlights of the event. HELK uses "artificial muscles" made of variable deformation elastomers to assist people in movements that put strain on the lumbar area, reducing the load on joints and improving mobility.
The safety and well-being of workers in the sociosanitary field are paramount, and exoskeletons play a crucial role in reducing risks and musculoskeletal injuries.
