Gogoa Mobility Robots is proud to announce its participation in the INTERREG SUDOE seminar, which took place on the 16th and 17th in Santander. This event, sponsored by the Counselor of Economy and Finance and European Funds of the Government of Cantabria, marked a significant milestone with the delivery of the FEDER concession agreement, signed by the project leader, Cluster SIVI.
In this context, Gogoa Mobility Robots was introduced as an integral part of the REVITAL project: Socioeconomic revitalization of low-density population areas through clinical teleassistance. Through this initiative, we join a multi-regional consortium composed of 9 leading entities in the field of health and the socio-sanitary sector of Spain, France, and Portugal.
REVITAL's mission is to develop innovative technological solutions that allow for the provision of specialized teleassistance and telerehabilitation services in rural areas. Our goal at Gogoa is not only to improve healthcare assistance in these communities but also to contribute to the creation of qualified employment and the economic revitalization of rural areas. We firmly believe that technology can be a driver of positive change, and we are committed to being part of the solution to the challenges facing these regions.
Our participation in the INTERREG SUDOE seminar was an invaluable opportunity to discuss and address questions regarding the project management of the REVITAL project. We are committed to working closely with our consortium partners, including entities such as Cluster SIVI, University of Deusto, ESTIA, Gerencia de Servicios Sociales de la JCyL, AEBB - Associação Empresarial da Beira Baixa, GRUPO FUNDACION SAN CEBRIAN, IPCB - Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco, and Etablissement Public de Santé de Garazi.
This seminar was also an opportunity to congratulate the 34 projects selected in the Interreg Sudoe Programme call. At Gogoa, we are committed to adding value to cooperation and contributing to achieving tangible results in addressing the social connectivity challenge posed by this program.
REVITAL represents a unique opportunity to demonstrate the potential of our technology in real environments and make a tangible difference in the lives of people living in rural areas. We are pleased to participate in the implementation of pilot experiences in Castilla y León (Spain), Centro de Portugal, and Nouvelle-Aquitaine (France), where our robotic mobility solutions can make a real difference in healthcare and long-term care for elderly and/or chronically dependent individuals.
The "REVITAL" project meeting at the Innovation and Economic Development Agency of Valladolid (IDEVA) was a fundamental step in this direction, strengthening public-private collaboration and the connection between university and business, essential elements for the success of the project.
In summary, Gogoa Mobility Robots is committed to revitalizing low-density population areas through clinical teleassistance, promoting technological and social development in these communities. We invite you to join us on this exciting adventure towards a healthier and more prosperous future for all.
