Our lower limb exoskeleton will allow Clínica San Vicente (GRUPO VITALIA HOME) to improve its range of rehabilitation services for injuries and motor pathologies, increasing the range of neurorehabilitation services offered by the Madrid centre and allowing progress in the quality of life of patients.
The idea is to offer a motor rehabilitation service that is "more efficient and effective" than conventional treatments.
In this project, GOGOA has also been responsible for training five physiotherapists from the Madrid clinic to provide rehabilitation services. This course was given by SARA GARCIA DELGADO, a physiotherapist specialising in neurology, who certified the students as "Hank exoskeleton pilots".
In addition, the door is open for the Gogoa Group to implement its rehabilitation technology, supported by the use of exoskeletons developed and manufactured in the Basque Country, in the parent company of the Madrid centre, the Vitalia Home Group, with several rehabilitation clinics in Zaragoza, Seville and Granada.
